Digital NI Branded Advertorial Package

Terms & Conditions

All the above are subjected to Nu Ideaktiv’s general terms and conditions for advertising & detailed parameters as illustrated inside media order. 

The package is inclusive of:

• Guaranteed KPI(s) and allocation for production cost of final material(s).

• Consultation on ideation, storyline and brand tag-on (logo bug, crawler, product placement & handling) deemed suitable for the selected IP’s audience.

• Subject to, but not limited on, video titles currently run on the selected IP, which includes existing format, duration, look & feel, concept, talent etc.

• Request on specific talent will incur additional cost, subject to availability.

• 1 day shoot in 1 simple location (suitable outdoor/resident/in-house studio). Outstation shooting will incur additional costs, subject to location, milage, lodging etc.

• Minimal props (client product and existing on location) & makeup. No major setup allowed.

• 2 times final material revisions, 3rd revision will incur additional editing cost which to be advised according to the complexity of the requirement(s).

• This document, the recommendations and creative concepts have been developed by Nu Ideaktiv Sdn Bhd (NI)

• All elements as described above remain the property of NI and shall not be used or duplicated, in part or in whole in any form whatsoever.

• All bookings to be sent in 1 media order.

• The above package is subject to the current prevailing government tax.

• No changes in the package price and deliverables is permitted.

• This package investment will guarantee to achieve the views and reach, hence adjustment in investment will affect the guaranteed numbers.

• Spots is subject to availability at the time of scheduling.

• NI reserves the right to reject any materials deemed unfit for broadcast, or to re-edit the material if necessary.

• Finalised materials to be submitted at least 10 working days prior to campaign launch/TX date.

• No cancellation and transferrable are allowed for the above package.

• Barring of category is not permitted.

• 100% upfront payment term upon confirmation applies.

• This package is valid for SME clients only.
